Terms of Service
These terms define how you may access and use Maxaud, what you remain responsible for, and where the boundaries of the service are.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Maxaud, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business or team, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. Continued use after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
What Maxaud provides
Maxaud provides software for planning, generating, scheduling, and managing social media content across supported channels. Some features rely on third-party services such as social networks, AI providers, and analytics tools.
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. We aim to give reasonable notice when changes materially affect active customers.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You may not share access in a way that violates your plan limits, attempt to bypass authentication controls, or use Maxaud to interfere with the service for others.
Acceptable use
You may not use Maxaud to violate the law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, harass others, or generate deceptive spam. You are responsible for the content you create, publish, or schedule through the platform.
You must also comply with the rules and policies of any third-party platform you connect to Maxaud, including rate limits, API terms, and content moderation standards.
Customer content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content, media, prompts, and workspace data you submit to Maxaud. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content in order to operate the service for you.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload content and authorize Maxaud to post it on connected accounts.
Billing and plan changes
If Maxaud offers paid plans, fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and usage limits will be described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service. You remain responsible for taxes, transaction fees, and any charges arising from your use of third-party providers.
Service availability and disclaimers
Maxaud is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or availability of any integration, especially where third-party services are involved.
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You should review content before publication and remain responsible for what is ultimately posted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maxaud and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Maxaud for the service during the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create legal or security risk, or use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to the Maxaud team through the support and contact channels listed on the site. If you need a signed agreement or commercial terms, contact us before using the service in production.
